Meet Dale Marco

Hi, I’m Dale, and I’ve been in the credit space for over a decade, helping people navigate their financial journeys—the good, the bad, and the ugly—often with the dream of homeownership in sight. As a mom of four, number nine of ten siblings, and a self-admitted terrible singer, I bring a personal perspective to my work. Financial consulting isn’t just my career; it’s a path I chose after needing help myself. Job loss, an emergency delivery of my first child, and real estate missteps in Southwest Florida in 2007 triggered a domino effect that landed me in this world. I’ve never looked back.

Meet Charles W. Parker

I’m Charles, the co-founder of Advocacy Letter Lab and CEO of AZ Credit Medix, LLC. Born in Puerto Rico, I spent much of my life in California before settling in Arizona in 2001. With over nine years in the financial aid industry—working with the University of Phoenix and The Art Institute of Pittsburgh—and a lifelong background in finance, I entered this field in 2007 after experiencing my own credit struggles during the economic downturn. After tirelessly researching, reading articles, and writing countless letters to credit bureaus, I successfully raised my own credit score. That journey taught me there’s a better, simpler way to help others do the same.

At AZ Credit Medix, LLC, I’ve focused on credit restoration and education, helping clients take steps toward their financial dreams. As an Arizona Department of Realty Certified Credit Instructor, I’m passionate about equipping people with the knowledge they need to succeed. A bilingual family man (fluent in English and Spanish), I’m driven by the goal of securing a future for my own family through financial freedom—and I bring that same commitment to our clients. My favorite moments? Seeing the joy on someone’s face when they buy their dream home, drive off in the car they’ve always wanted, or save big on student loan payments with a lower interest rate. It’s priceless.
