Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.


2. Texting Campaign (A2P Messaging)


Compliance: By using our Application-to-Person (A2P) texting features, you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including but not limited to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) guidelines, and carrier requirements.Consent: You are solely responsible for obtaining prior express written consent from recipients before sending any text messages through the Service. We are not liable for messages sent without proper consent.Content: Messages must not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful content, including spam, phishing attempts, or misinformation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if you violate this policy.Opt-Out: You must honor opt-out requests from recipients promptly and provide a clear opt-out mechanism (e.g., “Reply STOP to unsubscribe”) in all messages.


3. Intellectual Property


Ownership: All content, tools, and materials provided by Advocacy Letter Lab, including the website and texting platform, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by copyright and other laws.License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for personal or advocacy purposes, subject to these Terms.
